As a self-proclaimed “muscle mommy,” I thrive on staying fit and helping other moms get in shape. Health is my passion, and I strive to ensure my family lives in a way that promotes both vitality and longevity. Motherhood has deepened my focus on non-toxic living because I not only want to look good, but also feel good! Being a positive role model for my daughter is one of my greatest motivations.

Alongside my work in health and wellness, I have also worked in law enforcement for 15 years, an experience that shaped my resilience, discipline, and ability to thrive under pressure. These qualities have carried over into my work today, where I empower moms to build strength, confidence, and balance in their own lives.

I hold a Master’s of Science in Nutrition & Exercise Science and am currently a PhD researcher in Physiology and Health. My love for learning has driven me to earn numerous certifications, including Fitness Training, Sports Nutrition, Meditation Coaching, Yoga Instruction, Reiki Healing, Pediatric Nutrition, Prenatal Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Exercise, Naturopathy, and Children’s Yoga. With a wealth of knowledge in health and wellness, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned to help others live vibrant, balanced lives.
